Priority Verification accelerates handling and review while retaining the same evidence-based approach, defined scope and material limitations used in our standard verification services.

Payment deadlines, supply shortages or transaction pressure can encourage decisions before a counterparty is adequately verified.

Priority handling still depends on sufficient company, license, reference or transaction information being available.

Complex, multi-party or third-party-dependent verification scopes may require more time than the Priority target allows.

Priority Verification Scope

We assess the urgency, information available and requested verification scope to determine whether Priority handling is appropriate.

Company identity and relevant CIPC information remain a standard component; Priority handling does not remove this core check.

The relevant supplier, license, depot, company or risk-verification checks are completed within the confirmed scope using the same verification standard.

The verification outcome identifies findings, discrepancies, scope and material limitations so speed does not create false certainty.

When a supplier, license, company or depot must be assessed before an imminent purchase, payment or supply decision.

When onboarding or approval timelines are compressed but independent due diligence remains necessary.

When a time-sensitive petroleum decision requires a fast independent review before commitment.

How Priority Works

Provide the available information and identify the decision deadline or urgency.

We confirm scope, information availability and whether the request is suitable for Priority handling.

The agreed checks are prioritised using the same verification standards as the corresponding standard service.

You receive the verification outcome, confirmed scope and any material limitations identified.

Turnaround

Priority verification: targeted for the same business day or approximately five working hours after the required information and scope are confirmed.

Standard verification: targeted within 24 working hours and remains available where urgency is lower or the scope is not suitable for expedited handling.

Priority turnaround is a target, not a guarantee. Complex scopes, incomplete information and third-party record availability can extend completion time.

Priority changes the handling sequence and urgency—not the verification standard. Material checks are not intentionally omitted simply to meet a faster target.

If a request cannot be responsibly completed within the Priority scope, LicenseCheck may recommend standard handling or an expanded verification scope.
