Provide the company, supplier, license, depot, permit, badge/reference or transaction information available. You do not need to design the verification scope yourself.

Scope Is Confirmed

LicenseCheck confirms the subject, the decision being supported, the verification service required and whether enhanced checks should be included.

Independent Review

The relevant company, license, permit, supplier, depot and supporting information is assessed using the internal procedures applicable to the agreed scope.

Outcome Issued

The result is recorded with the verification scope, material findings, discrepancies, unresolved issues and limitations appropriate to the service requested.

Turnaround

Standard or Priority Verification

Standard: targeted within 24 working hours once sufficient information and scope are confirmed.

Priority: expedited same-business-day handling, targeted at approximately five working hours where the scope and record availability allow.

What Verification Does Not Mean

Verification is not the issue, renewal or approval of a petroleum license or permit.

It is not a guarantee of future conduct, solvency, product availability or contractual performance.

It does not imply checks outside the stated verification scope.
